1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Hampton Wine & Spirit Expo website (HamptonWineExpo.com), purchasing tickets, entering a giveaway, or attending the event, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access the website, purchase tickets, or attend the event.

2. Event Attendance & Age Requirements

A. Age Restriction: The Hampton Wine & Spirit Expo is strictly a 21+ event. No one under the age of 21 will be admitted under any circumstances.

B. Identification: All attendees must present a valid, government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or military ID) at the door. Failure to provide valid identification will result in denied entry without a refund.

C. Right to Refuse Entry: We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the event for any reason, including but not limited to intoxication, disruptive behavior, or failure to comply with venue rules.

3. Ticket Purchases & Refunds

A. All Sales Are Final: All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, regardless of weather conditions, personal circumstances, or changes to the event lineup.B. Ticket Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another individual who is 21 or older. The new ticket holder must present the original ticket and their own valid ID at the door.C. Event Changes: The event organizers reserve the right to change the date, time, venue, or vendor lineup without prior notice. In the event of a full cancellation, the organizers will communicate refund or rescheduling policies at that time.

4. Giveaways & Promotions

A. Eligibility: Giveaways (such as the Krave Restaurant & Lounge 100-Ticket Giveaway) are open only to legal residents who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.B. Entry Requirements: To enter a giveaway, participants must complete all required steps (e.g., tagging friends, following specified social media accounts, and submitting a completed Facebook Lead Form). Incomplete entries will be disqualified.C. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period. Winners will be notified via the email address or phone number provided in the Lead Form.D. Prize Conditions: Prizes (e.g., event tickets) are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.E. Social Media Disclaimer: Giveaways promoted on Facebook, Instagram, or other social media platforms are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those platforms. By entering, you release the platform from any liability related to the promotion.

5. Photography & Media Release

By attending the Hampton Wine & Spirit Expo, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. You grant the event organizers, sponsors, and media partners the right to use your image, voice, and likeness in any promotional materials, advertisements, social media posts, or broadcasts without compensation or prior approval.

6. Liability & Assumption of Risk

A. Alcohol Consumption: The Hampton Wine & Spirit Expo involves the tasting and consumption of alcoholic beverages. Attendees are expected to drink responsibly. We strongly encourage the use of designated drivers, rideshare services, or public transportation.B. Assumption of Risk: By attending the event, you voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, illness, or property damage.C. Release of Liability: You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless the Hampton Wine & Spirit Expo, its organizers, the Hampton Roads Convention Center, participating vendors, sponsors (including Krave Restaurant & Lounge), and their respective employees and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of your attendance at the event.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the HamptonWineExpo.com website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the Hampton Wine & Spirit Expo or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of this content without our express written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms or the event shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website or attendance at the event following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
